Looking back on our trip to Venice, Italy and thinking... when will we be able to travel again.
We know a lot of people doing alcoholic Advent calendars this year. Must be 2020. German beer will do! #adventcalendar #germanbeer

Celebrating Labor Day with a few of our favorites.
Amazing find at @mondovinodenver. Christmas came early!
Is the martini the size of my head or is it forced perspective optical illusion? Last night we celebrated the anniversary of our rehearsal dinner at the @cherrycreekgrill_ . Because why not?
This month’s @homebarawards challenge is to create a riff on a layered Tequila Sunrise. A tequila sunrise is a variation of a Highball. Another version of the Highball is the Paloma. Paloma is Spanish for “dove,” so I give you:
The drink list at the National in Telluride was phenomenal. I couldn’t pass up the Paloma Fizz on the left - fresh grapefruit, rosemary syrup, and seltzer. Perfect for a post-hike pick-me-up. Their namesake cocktail on the right was also tasty. If you go, get the duck. It is one of the best meals I have had in my life.
We are having a celebration of sorts tonight, which called for @gordongram’s basil-crusted rack of lamb and an Amarone I picked up from @vineyardwineshop a few years ago. .
Thanks for the shirt and the Summer Gin, @leopoldbros. We are going to make a special cocktail with this. Stay tuned!
This month’s @homebarawards challenge was to “transform” one cocktail ingredient. Once I googled what that meant (😬), I was totally on board. I am (unfortunately) not a fan of lemon juice in my cocktails...meaning, there are many many cocktails that I SHOULD like but don’t. 😞 So when I learned that I could acid-adjust citrus juices to mimic lemon juice I was SO EXCITED to re-try many of the cocktails that I previously felt were off-limits.
